We have had a problem with a compromised mail account on our mailservers. We have now disabled this account, however it has had the knock-on effect of listing our mail platform on several spam lists. We are working on getting our servers delisted as quickly as possible.

Please bear with us while we get this resolved and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have contacted all the blocklists that we have been listed on, we hope to start to be unlisted within the next hour or so.

Due to delays of one of the mailservers being delisted by hotmail, we have decided to rotate its IP address. This should not affect the day to day experience most customers however if customers have manually configured SPF records, these may need tweaking.

PlusNet are in the process of delisting our IP addresses, they stated that the process can take upto 72 hours after the last junk mail, so we are still within this timeframe.
