Hi,

We have suffered a router blade failure, this has now been replaced and everything should now be running correctly.

If you have any issues please create a support ticket.

Hi,

Due to the change of SUP's, the gateway IP's on most people's server's will have a new mac, this means the server needs to either have a time out on the mac or be pinged from the router.

If you are having an issue please contact support, currently only 11 sensor's down out of over 1000.
