Hi,

We are currently running at risk due to a fiber break between Kilburn in Manchester and THE London.

This means that we are running on 1 10GE between Manchester and London.

This will not effect clients unless they have a unprotected circuit on this line. Due to the nature of this outage (fiber break) we will start re-routing unprotected clients now as it will be many hours before the circuit is fixed.

Regards
Jon

Hi,

We have so far managed to re-route 90% of the effected unprotected clients.

If you continue to have problems in the next 10 minutes please call or create a helpdesk ticket.

Regards

Hi,

The 10GE LAN PHY connection between London and Manchester has been restored and as such we are now running redundantly.
